Using this website
Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or introduce harmful software.
We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date. However, content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. Please confirm any information that is important to your decision before relying on it.
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website.
Website information
The articles, workshop descriptions and other materials on this website provide general information. They are not tailored legal, financial, security or other professional advice.
Workshop descriptions outline the intended scope of each session. The content, duration, delivery format and suitability for your team will be confirmed before a paid booking is agreed.
Introductory calls
A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss your team’s needs and explore whether Tributary’s services would be suitable.
Booking a free introductory call does not commit either party to a paid engagement.
Please provide accurate contact information when booking. If you need to cancel or rearrange, use the link in your booking confirmation or contact us as soon as possible.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or confidential business material in booking notes.
Paid workshops and consulting
Paid services are subject to a separate proposal, booking confirmation or service agreement.
Before you commit, we will confirm the relevant scope, fees, payment arrangements, delivery details, cancellation terms and any other conditions that apply.
These website terms do not replace the terms agreed for a particular engagement. If they conflict, the specific service agreement takes priority, subject to applicable law.
AI tools and outputs
AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading results. Information and examples on this website should be assessed in context, and important outputs should be checked before use.
Your organisation’s policies and the relevant tool provider’s terms continue to apply when using AI platforms. Do not enter confidential or personal information into a tool unless you are authorised to do so and the tool is approved for that use.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website copy, branding and materials belong to [full legal name] or are used with permission.
You may view, download or print website content for personal use or internal evaluation of our services. Please retain any ownership notices.
You must obtain permission before republishing, selling or commercially distributing our materials. Rights to workshop resources and client deliverables will be set out in the relevant service agreement.
Third-party names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
This website may link to external websites or use third-party booking and other services.
Those providers have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their content or operation, and a link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Responsibility and your rights
We take reasonable care in operating this website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information will always be complete or current.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Responsibility for paid services will be addressed in the relevant service agreement, subject to applicable law.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or our services develop. The date above identifies the latest version.
Changes to these website terms do not automatically change an existing service agreement.
