Website and booking providers

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Our booking system is provided by Cal.com, Inc.

These providers process relevant information to host the website and manage bookings. We also use Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and Microsoft Teams) to respond to enquiries and arrange calls.

We share information only where needed for these purposes, to meet a legal requirement or to protect legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area.

Where this happens, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.

Contact us if you would like information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Our usual retention periods are:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: 12 months after the last meaningful contact.

  • Booking records: 12 months after the appointment or cancellation.

  • Client correspondence and service records: 6 years after the engagement ends.

  • Workshop survey responses: individual responses are deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the engagement ending. Anonymised, aggregated results may be kept to measure and report on impact.

  • Accounting and tax records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law.

Information may be retained longer where necessary to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer of information to another provider.

You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To make a request, email thomas@tributary.ie. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We normally respond within one month.

You can make a complaint to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie). You can also contact us directly so we can try to address your concern.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
